奔驰MB STAR C3是德国奔驰厂为2000年后生产的奔驰系列车的检测专用工具，是HHT的换代产品。STAR是运行在WINDOWSXP的操作系统上，由车间维修资料系统（简称WIS系统）、运行管理系统（STARUTILITIES）、自诊断系统（DAS系统）三大系统组成。（EPC查询配件价格系统，ST FINDER快速查找零部件系统）

 可测试系统：

 ENGINE、自动变速、空调系统、SRS、ABS、ASR、MPL、GM、奔驰原厂防盗DASX系统、KEYZESSGO系统及其、OBD-II系统等。

 测试功能：读取故障码、清除故障码、动态数据流、电脑编程匹配、元件测试、维修资料咨询、元件位置图、线路图。

  DAS：自诊断系统
以简洁的介面，明了的操作方法，配上IBM高品质的电脑，使得查询故障，检测各大系统是那么的敏捷与准确。

  WIS维修资料系统：

    可提供全车系电路图，元件位置图，维修方法，步骤面面具到。只要输入底盘号码，就可以知道本车的年份，发动机的配置，款型一一详尽叙述。
